Nowaday, people are called as democracy month in University of Trunojoyo Madura. All of university students should involve about it. University of Trunojoyo Madura is going to do voting (pemilu) for president student. After a few days ago is candidate campaign. It is time to choose the best one for development of university a year ahead. There are four places collection vote. The procedure of collecting vote is started at 08.00 AM. The participants offers their card students as one of rule for voting. As far as known, the process of collecting vote is running well. However, does this agenda is felt or done by all of students as the committees aim? Therefrom, there are some opinion about the voting (pemilu) directly held at the moment.

 

According to the Imamatul ‘Ulya, is one students Agriculture Faculty. She says “The agenda of president voting at 6^th December 2017 is running well. It can be seen from some factors. The first one is about the proclivity of participants for taking their vote within the voting. There are a lot of participants is standing in line to do it. The second is about supporting parts involved. They are from the lecturers, officials and committees. Moreover, it is supported by the head of University for the development of University. As for, a little obstacles can be resolved by all the committees such as technical obstacles. Therefrom, the voting can give learning about democracy for the students”.  

 

The second informant is Badrus Sholeh Helmi. He is one of the president candidate. “Yes I think the agenda have been running well. First is about the committees are ready. The proclivity of participants more increase than a year before. It can be known by the total vote collecting. We are as the candidate attempt to interest the students to be participants by interactive dialogue. It is done in each Faculty every evening. However, one of obstacles is about attendance list for participants. When I was part of participants two years ago, the attendance data used barcode. Therefrom, the committees didn’t have to write down the list. It is not carried out right now. Another obstacle is about the place. It needs to be more place for collecting vote. Over all, the agenda is done well” he said.
